This headlamp boasts excellent performance, but its clips attached to the battery pack have a design flaw due to an overly small joint between them and the body. Fortunately, I found it at a low price because of a broken clip. In less than an hour, I designed and printed a replacement clip that fit perfectly after minor adjustments like smoothing out edges, sanding the connecting surface to remove print ridges and matching the radius, followed by super gluing the new clip in place.
