Here is the blaster used by Princess Leia in A New Hope. Its compact size was carefully chosen to avoid overwhelming Carrie Fisher's slender hands when holding it on screen. To create a detailed 3D model, I turned to Sketchup. Although my initial take on the grip had its moments, some parts might require revisiting to refine the design further. One tip: if you plan to print the grip as-is, be prepared to lose important details. It pays to rotate it before sending it to the printer.
