Send monsters back to monster land before they can snack on any goats with the Princess in Black's trusty staff! I created this collapsible scepter/staff for my daughter so that she could become the brave main character from her favorite book series, The Princess in Black. She has managed to break the top part twice now, once by swinging it too hard into the ground and again by stepping on it with her energetic feet. So, I probably should have made it thicker and more sturdy, but fortunately, it's easy enough to glue back together. The design is heavily inspired by the various collapsing swords found on Thingiverse. The middle sections are meant to be printed in vase mode using a .8mm nozzle, which produced plenty of sturdy results. Print out all five parts, slide the middle parts inside each other, then glue the outermost middle section to the bottom and the innermost middle section to the top. I found that it dries well when hung upside down.
