I'm having trouble making out the specifics of the design presented on the show, so this is purely an interpretation based on my observations. To better see it, print it upside down on your paper and stand back. Then use a base coat of dark metallic paint, gradually adding lighter drybrush strokes across its surface, careful not to fill in those deeper areas with the lighter shade.
