Originally from the Rock Chucker tray no. 84047, this part entails removing the circular element encircling the vertical ram to avoid any obstruction for your fingers when accessing the shellholder. To secure the holder in place, insert a spent 22LR cartridge into the small hole provided. RCBS has a complementary hole on their press frame's right side. The press flattens onto a table, with the tube feed getting support. For removal, use a screwdriver to punch it out and then clear the residue using a 3/8" drill bit, all done manually.
