Primate Brain - MRI

Primate Brain - MRI

thingiverse

This is courtesy of amyo on the OpenSCAD forums. It represents a primate brain in detail, carefully recreated from MRI scans. This STL has undergone thorough cleaning and validation, ensuring it is manifold and usable as an import() within OpenSCAD. Please note that this STL file is large and will occupy significant space. To make the most of your printing experience, you may want to consider splitting the object into two separate halves using the provided negative molds, rotating them accordingly to suit your printer's capabilities. I have personally not printed these objects. Since then, I have also made available a revised version with the brain divided in two for easier printing, although it likely will necessitate support structures during printing.
