Primary Arms ACSS Raptor 1-6 FFP Scope Throw Lever

This is a remix I did of two Scope Throw Levers on Thingiverse. It was designed to fit the Primary Arms ACSS Raptor 1-6 FFP Scope perfectly without any scaling required, even when printing with ABS material. I printed the part at 100% infill and then used sandpaper to carefully round all the edges before giving it an acetone vapor bath treatment. The results were truly impressive! To install, spread the lever out just as wide as the narrow part of your scope (forward of the zoom setting ring), but be careful not to make it any wider than necessary. ABS material won't crack under normal conditions. When tightening the part in place, remember that less is more - get it snug and leave it alone. Avoid applying too much torque, as this can cause the nut to turn through the sidewalls of the lever. A mild compression down on the zoom-ring will keep the tooth engaged without requiring excessive additional force. To complete the installation, you'll need to purchase a screw and a nut - I found a black allen-screw at my local hardware store and then painted a matching nut.
