This is my latest design: a compact 3-inch frame racing quad that's more of an attention-grabber than a serious racing machine. It's still loads of fun to fly and always generates interest when I whip it out. I run this setup on the robust 20mm HGLRC stack, paired with 1407 3600kv motors and a Runcam Swift Micro. The frame's pod is specially designed to have M3 nuts embedded directly into the print. After slicing the STL file, be sure to check for the nut wells in the print layer by layer. Just before the layer that covers the nut, pause the print and install the nuts; then resume printing as normal. This method has worked perfectly for me so far, with no issues mounting the pod. I've also included a STEP file for the base plate. If you have access to a cutting tool, feel free to cut your own – it's a great project if you're interested in DIY projects. If not, just send me a message and I'll be happy to cut one for you. Best regards, Mark McBride Carbonite RC
