Cryptex inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1740012 from Solenoid. Model completely redesigned using Fusion 360, to improve it mechanically and qualitatively. From a mechanical point of view, the dimensions and fittings have been reviewed in order to tune mechanical clearance and friction as much as possible. So that it can be offered as a gift, I wanted to make it a very qualitative object both by printing it with wood filament, but also by adding a marquetry effect with pearly filament inserts in order to enhance the presentation. Two hologram patterns are also included on the top and bottom faces. The principle used of double concentric rings allows you to change the combination to open the cryptex as you wish. Beyond the two models presented and downloadable (1 ring or 7 rings), do not hesitate to ask me if you want a different number of rings, I will generate the STL files or I will send you my fusion 360 model which is configurable for any number of rings desired. Obviously to benefit from the marquetry effects, this model requires a printer that can print with 2 filaments. To do this, after loading the two bodies that make up a part, assign each to the chosen filament (wood or pearly filament). If you have only one filament, assign both parts to the same filament, you will lose the marquetry effect but the part will print without problems. For the rings in this case use only the body so that the marking stands out in bas-relief. Then use the body grouping feature of your slicer befor slicing. Remember to configure your slicer with a first and last layer in a concentric pattern to best benefit from the holographic effect of the top and bottom faces. Sous l'angle mécanique les dimensions et emboitements ont été revus afin de réduire au maximum les jeux et friction. Pour qu'il puisse être offert comme un cadeau, j'ai souhaité en faire un objet très qualitatif à la fois en l'imprimant avec du filament bois, mais aussi en ajoutant un effet marqueterie par des inserts en filament nacré afin d'en rehausser la présentation. Deux motifs en hologrammes sont aussi inclus sur les faces de dessus et dessous. Le principe utilisé de double bagues concentriques permet de changer la combinaison pour ouvrir le Cryptex comme vous le souhaitez. Au-delà des deux modèles présentés et téléchargeables (1 bague ou 7 bagues), n'hésitez pas à me demander si vous souhaitez un nombre différent de bagues, je génèrerai les fichiers STL ou je vous ferai parvenir mon modèle Fusion 360 qui est paramétrable pour tout nombre de bagues souhaités. De même si vous souhaitez une bague avec d'autres arrangements de chiffres, de lettres ou de symboles, contactez moi je pourrai vous la préparer. Evidemment pour bénéficier des effets de marqueterie, ce modèle nécessite une imprimante pouvant imprimer avec 2 filaments. Pour cela après avoir chargé les deux parties qui composent une pièce, affectez chacune au filament choisi (bois et nacre). Si vous ne disposez que d'un filament, affectez évidemment les deux parties au même filament, vous perdrez l'effet marqueterie mais la pièce s'imprimera sans problème. Pour les bagues n'utilisez dans ce cas que le corps de la bague pour que le marquage ressort en bas-relief. Puis utilisez la fonction de groupement de corps de votre slicer. Pensez à paramétrer votre slicer avec une première et dernière couche en motif concentrique pour bénéficier au mieux de l'effet holographique des faces du dessus et du dessous.
