Pretorian Helmet 3D Scan
myminifactory
This is a small, intricately detailed 3D scanned Pretorian Helmet crafted by the Artec team using an advanced Artec Spider 3D scanner. The helmet's dimensions are approximately three by two centimeters, a true-to-life replica of a Roman helmet captured with precision and accuracy. To refine the model, I employed MeshMixer to scale it up, orient it correctly, and smooth out select areas with a gentle brush stroke. This allowed me to preserve the intricate details while creating a cohesive and polished appearance. I utilized my Artec Studio software to save a colorful model and uploaded it here as a zip file. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties in achieving color representation using other software like MeshMixer. However, this OBJ file should now be compatible for use.
