This is a valve gasket for adapting a Presta valve bike tube to a Schrader wheel rim. This fits a Wheel Master WEI AS23X 700C wheel. This will not fit deep V wheels. It is 7mm tall. I started out looking for one and found a few that were not adequate for my needs. I modeled this in Fusion360.
