When the wall thickness varies (dished end to shell) then make your initial vessel solid to the I.D. of the vessel which is usually flush on the inside for sanitary finish. Found it hard to get the weld detail on the bottom end of the nozzle (N3) to work. Solidworks "Chamfer" won't play the game so I've offered a solution using a simple revolved cut that creates a better result for detailing.
