Pressure Switch

The new pressure switch is a result of redesigning the old one. It features a smaller size, fewer components, and improved ease of production and assembly. The manufacturing process can be automated with three key steps. Firstly, the bottom terminal, adjust connect, and bottom body part are combined by rivet. Simultaneously, the diaphragm and upper body are joined. Secondly, the connect/terminal is attached to the assembled bottom part and secured by the upper section using eyelets. Finally, an adjust screw is added for fine-tuning, followed by testing and calibration. The switch's design ensures a tight fit, utilizing injection molding for the main body (two parts) and stamping for the connect/terminal, adjust connect, and terminal components.
