This product is manufactured using simple methods that reduce assembly steps, featuring an easy snap latch lock mechanism. The manufacturing techniques include Injection Molding, 3D printing, and CNC. The Motrolla MPX41 chip is used, which is programmed by a microcontroller. The program is then shrunk onto a small ATTiny chip. With these advancements, the weight of the fully assembled sensor has been reduced to just 5 grams.
