Theoretical Hydraulic Circuit Pressure Relief Valve Design Conceptualized in 2013 I've Enhanced the Original CAD Model Before Sharing it Here Today I Redid the Threads, Added More Fillets to Several Edges and Corrected Minor Issues with the Model This Theoretical Valve Has Never Been Tested or Evaluated for Viability or Safe Operation Despite Submitting the Design to Various Companies, None Expressed Interest in the Idea The Design Is Not Patented One of Its Innovative Aspects is That It Requires Minimal Force to Open Since the Plug Does Not Need to Reduce the Internal Volume of the Valve's Main Chamber or Hydraulic Circuit The Valve Opens by Retracting the Plugging Element from the Outlet Duct In the Valve Body Fluid Escapes Through the Outlet Channel Activated by a Solenoid, Which Advances the Plugging Pin Forward and Keeps it in Position The Valve Body Needs to be Precisely Machined to Prevent Leakage Between Itself and the Obstructing Pin Unless Some Leakage is Acceptable and the Rate of Fluid Escape Around the Plugging Pin Is Less Than the Pumping Rate Elsewhere in the Circuit
