This is an alternate design for the bottom link of the cable chain designed by Robert found here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/ultimaker2-cable-chain. The goal was to create a secure hold on the end of the chain without sacrificing any structural integrity, yet still maintaining flexibility in case of accidental drops or mishaps. A cleverly positioned notch at the end of this link perfectly fits into the hole that the cable passes through, where it remains firmly secured by the inherent flex of the plastic itself.
