The pressed steel swivel castor features heavy duty wheels made of cast nylon, along with a top plate fitting and 'stop-fix' brake. The bracket is constructed from strong pressed steel, boasting a heavy fork and top plate, as well as a secured central kingpin with double ball bearing in the swivel head. This design also integrates four specially shaped and hardened bearing seats for increased shock resistance. The wheel axle is bolted for added security, while the wheels themselves are highly resistant to impact loads, offering low rolling and swiveling resistance and a smooth performance on even surfaces. Additionally, they feature high abrasion resistance. All components are zinc-plated, blue-passivated, and free of Cr6 for durability.
