I'm creating molds for molding USB type A connectors. I use hot glue with hot glue guns to make this connector, and I achieve a high quality finish with a layer thickness of 0.1 mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm. If you use a layer thickness of 0.05 mm, you may get even better results. Before pouring hot glue into the mold, it's essential to lubricate it with motor oil or Vaseline. After pouring, wait 30 minutes before opening the mold.
