I'm Using Hot Glue Guns for Making This Connector. I've Got the Best Quality with 0.1 mm Layer Thickness and a Nozzle Diameter of 0.5 mm. Maybe If You Use 0.05 mm Layer Thickness, You'll Get Even Better Quality. Before Pouring Hot Glue, Lubricate the Mold with Motor Oil or Vaseline. After Pouring, Wait 30 Minutes and Open the Mold. Here's How to Use These Forms: 1. First, Print Out the Connector with a Layer Thickness of 0.05-0.1 mm and a Nozzle Diameter of 0.5-0.4 mm. 2. Solder the Connector with Wires According to Your Gadget's Power Scheme. 3. Lubricate the Mold with Petroleum Jelly or Clean Engine Oil. 4. Insert the Soldered Connector into One Part of the Mold, Covering the Second. 5. Use a Rubber Band for Banknotes or Tie It with Thread So That It Doesn't Open. 6. Preheat Your Glue Gun. 7. Extrude Hot Glue into the Molds Using a Gun. 8. Allow to Cool for 20-30 Minutes. 9. Disassemble the Form and Remove the Connector, Wiping Off Vaseline or Oil with Dishwashing Detergent. 10. Use. You Can Even Fill the Mold with Liquid Rubber and a Hardener. Subscribe if You Like My Things!) Want to Support Me? The Best Way to Say "Thank You" Is to Send a Dollar (or More).
