This mold is designed for molding phone USB type C plug connectors. I use hot glue with hot glue pistols to make this connector, and I achieve the best quality with a layer thickness of 0.1 mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm. Maybe if you use a layer thickness of 0.05 mm, you will get an even better quality. Before pouring hot glue into the mold, it's essential to lubricate the form with motor oil or Vaseline.
