The key to achieving optimal quality lies in precise layer thickness - 0.1 mm and nozzle diameter - 0.5 mm settings. For an even better outcome, consider experimenting with a 0.05 mm layer thickness. To ensure smooth molding, lubricate the form beforehand with motor oil or Vaseline. Once filled with hot glue, let it set for 30 minutes before opening the mold to reveal your perfectly crafted connector.
