Here's how you create high-quality molds for power connectors or other similar connector parameters that are 4.8 millimeters in diameter. To begin with, use hot glue guns and a nozzle diameter of 0.5 millimeters to achieve the best results. You can also try using a layer thickness of 0.1 millimeters if you prefer. However, for even better quality, consider reducing the layer thickness to 0.05 millimeters. Before pouring the hot glue into the mold, make sure to apply a lubricant such as motor oil or Vaseline to prevent it from sticking.
