This mold is designed for creating micro USB type B like upper plug connectors. I use hot glue with a hot glue pistol to make this connector. The best quality results are achieved with a layer thickness of 0.1 mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm. Using a smaller layer thickness, such as 0.05 mm, may produce even better quality. Before pouring hot glue into the mold, it's recommended to lubricate the form with motor oil or Vaseline. After pouring, wait for 30 minutes before opening the mold. To use these molds: 1 - First, print out the connector using a layer thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.5-0.4 mm. 2 - Solder the connector with wires according to your gadget's power scheme. 3 - Lubricate the mold with petroleum jelly or clean engine oil. 4 - Insert the soldered connector into one part of the mold, then cover it with the second part. 5 - Secure the mold with a rubber band or tie it with thread so it doesn't open. 6 - Preheat the glue gun. 7 - Use the glue gun to extrude hot glue into the molds. 8 - Allow the glue to cool for 20-30 minutes. 9 - Disassemble the mold and remove the connector, wiping off Vaseline or oil with dishwashing detergent. 10 - The finished connector is now ready to use.
