I use a molding process to create microUSB (2.0) type B connectors that resemble L or Г connectors.\r\nMolding with hot glue guns is my go-to method, yielding high-quality results with precise layer thickness and nozzle diameter control - 0.1 mm layer thickness and 0.5 mm nozzle diameter are my sweet spots.\r\nPerhaps using an even thinner layer thickness of 0.05 mm could push the quality to new heights.\r\n\r\nBefore pouring hot glue, I lubricate the mold with motor oil or Vaseline for smooth release.\r\nAfter pouring, a 30-minute wait is all it takes before opening the mold and revealing my latest creation.\r\n\r\nIf you enjoy what I'm making, be sure to subscribe - your support means the world to me!
