This mold is designed for molding microUSB type B (down) plug connectors. I use hot glue with hot glue guns to make this connector and achieve a best quality with layer thickness - 0.1 mm, nozzle diameter - 0.5 mm. Maybe if you use 0.05 mm layer thickness, you will have better quality. Before pouring hot glue, lubricate the form with motor oil or Vaseline. After pouring, wait 30 minutes and open the form. To use these forms: 1. First of all, print out the connector, the thickness of the layer should be from 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm, the nozzle with a diameter of 0.5-0.4 mm (or a cnc drill with a metal cut). 2. Solder the connector with wires according to the power scheme of your gadget. 3. Lubricate the mold with petroleum jelly or clean engine oil. 4. Insert the soldered connector into one part of the mold, cover the second part. 5. Drag a rubber band for banknotes or tie it with thread so that it does not open. 6. Preheat the glue gun. 7. Using a gun to extrude the hot glue into the molds. 8. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes. 9. Disassemble the form and remove the connector, wipe off Vaseline or oil with dishwashing detergent. 10. Use.
