This is my upgraded Plantronics BackBeat Pro case, featuring a premium design that allows for the addition of suede or velvet layers to the interior surfaces. To create this high-end version, simply assemble and attach two distinct components. Utilize the basic lid, tray, and cable holder designs as a foundation. I've also included an extra piece that serves as both a protective shield for the top surface when applying glue and a template for cutting the lower section accurately. When it comes to bonding these components together, I highly recommend using the 3M Super 77 Multipurpose Spray Adhesive. This adhesive provides excellent adhesion without drying too quickly, making it ideal for repositioning parts during the assembly process.
