This custom designed and 3D printed replica of a real life building located in a small town on the Canadian Prairies showcases meticulous attention to detail. This particular building is one of seven modelled in N Scale (1:160), using Google Street View images from Rouleau, SK, Canada, a small rural town featured in the popular Canadian TV sitcom "Corner Gas." The fictional town of Dog River, where the show was set, comes alive with this realistic replica. To create this stunning model railroad setting, Google Street View images were carefully analyzed for accurate dimension measurements and scaling. A digital replica of the building was then created using CAD software, adhering to precise design guidelines developed through repeated prototyping iterations. The premium digital file is now ready for fabrication, utilizing PLA plastic to produce a beautifully crafted N Scale model. The FDM 3D Printer, finely tuned and optimized for quality reproduction, brings this replica to life one layer at a time on its heated bed. This set of seven buildings would serve perfectly as the quaint small town setting for any N Scale model railroad enthusiast. Each building features removable roof structures, interior walls, precision slots for clear windows, and accommodate interior lighting with just a few drilled holes. These premium models have undergone extensive testing to ensure that they are meticulously designed to scale (1:160) and fabricated in PLA plastic with a wall thickness of 1.6mm. No glue is required; all parts snap into place. They are ready for paint and finishing, making them the perfect addition to any model railroad. The creation process has taken over a year, involving the development of product design methods and fabrication processes. Each building shell and roof is precision-crafted in PLA plastic, measuring 3.00" L x 2.00" W x 1.75" H, with two pieces included in each set. Custom designs are available for almost any building or structure less than 100 ft in length and width. Simply provide Google Street View images or photographs and dimensions, and a custom design will be created using CAD software. Important: These models contain small plastic pieces that may present a choking hazard to children under the age of ten. Adult supervision is recommended.
