Preheating Bed And Nozzle Simultaneously CR 10 Mini

This is a .gcode to preheat both bed and nozzle simultaneously, unlike the CR 10's default method of heating the bed first and then the nozzle. I've only tested it on the Creality CR 10 Mini so far. The "PLA Heating Bed and Nozzle" preset heats the bed to 65 degrees Celsius while warming up the nozzle to 200 degrees Celsius. For PETG printing, the "PETG Heating Bed and Nozzle" preset sets the bed temperature at 70 degrees Celsius and the nozzle at 235 degrees Celsius. Users can easily adjust these temperatures using Notepad++ if needed. Those who prefer not to make changes can simply use the files as they are provided. After completing the preheating process, the device will emit three distinct beeps, eliminating the need for users to wait around. Once heated, the temperature is maintained. To access this feature, insert the .gcode file onto an SD card and print it using the "Print from SD Card" option. Note that the accompanying .stl file serves as a placeholder for uploading the .gcodes; users don't need it for operation.
