I tinkered with this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:99827 to learn Meshmixer and remixed it into a mask. It's not pretty, but I think it'll do for my purpose. I'm sharing it, hoping you find it useful too. I've uploaded the full file and cut files for printing on a small bed. V1 is the full file and V1.5 are the cut files.
