Precision Screwdriver Box

I crafted this box using Solidworks to securely store my 7-piece set of Wera Screwdrivers (#05345271001). The Xcelite Screwdrivers and potentially many other models also fit seamlessly. To create the hinge holes in the base, I employed a #51 drill bit (.067") with precision. For the cover hinges, I utilized a #54 Drill bit (.055") with equal care. Subsequently, I inserted 1/16" x .750" dowel pins into the base before tapping them firmly into place using another pin. To replicate this project, you will need two 1/16 x .750 Dowel pins and an additional pin or multiple pins to tap them securely in.
