Our metal products, such as valve and pump parts, castings, forgings, stampings, CNC machining components, are made from 300 Series Stainless Steel (1/4 hard) with a passivated surface finish as per QQ-P-35 Type II standards. Thicknesses range between 0.006 and 0.25 inches. We offer various processing techniques including forming (bending, roll forming, spinning, deep drawing, stretch forming), cutting with shear (shearing, blanking, punching) and without shear (laser beam cutting, plasma cutting, water jet cutting). Post-processing options include plating, powder coating, or painting. We hold ISO 9001:2008 certification.
