I'd like to extend my gratitude to Robotics92 for creating and sharing his step files in the original version! The primary objective of this remix is to accommodate my E3D V6 Volcano Hotend. **Key differences from the original design** * It seamlessly fits the standard HEVO X-Carriage with 4 positioning pins. * It allows for the standard 5015 radial blower to fit without any issues. * Added clearance has been made for the Precision Orion connector, which faces forward. * Clearance for the "Orion Groove Top -3NS.stl" has been reduced. * The design has been modified to perfectly fit E3D V6 Volcano. * Deeper hex-nut holes have been created to accommodate lock nuts. **E3D V6 Version Details** * I've made every effort to clear as much space as possible to mount the Precision Orion facing forward. However, it may still be a bit too tight; in that case, the PCB will need to be mounted facing to the right. * The only part that differs from the original is the "V3_Extruder_Cover_E3DV6." All other parts remain unchanged. **Bill of Materials** * 2x M3x35 Cylinder-Head Screws * 3x M3 Nylon Lock Nuts * 2x M3x20 Cylinder-Head Screws * 2x M3x25 Cylinder Head Screws * 5x M3 Square Nuts **Changelog** 2018-07-16 - Added E3D V6 Extruder cover. 2018-07-16 - Adjusted clearances for square nuts, modified hole positions for the Nimble, and reduced clearance on retainer for a smaller gap and better fit for Nimble mounting holes. 2018-07-15 - Changed hole positions, moved fan duct 2mm lower, and adjusted mounting hole for the Orion Groove Top so the Hotend remains perpendicular when the retainer is secured. 2018-07-14 - Initial release; currently testing, with early adopters welcome.
