Precision Hex/Allen screwdrivers (M1.6, M2.0, M2.5, M3.0). Created with OpenScad so you could modify for other sizes. Buy a nice set of hex keys (I like the ones with a ball at the end). You need to print the handle and then one of the key sizes. The handle has a ball and socket that is printed in place. The exploded file is for reference only - do not print. The key L is cut to size and the handle and the key are then glued together. I printed in petg and used Superglue (cyanoacrylate). Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 20% Filament: does not matter PETG does not matter Notes: The handle has a ball and socket that are printed in place. I used a 0.4 nozzle and a layer height of 0.15 with 20% infill. This may need tweaking depending on your setup. Post-Printing ============= A simple twist of the handle should separate the ball and socket. You may need to file or dremel the L notch of the key. I found different hex keys have a little different bend radius. Cut the hex key to size (I used my dremel tool cutoff wheel) and then glue the two printed parts together. I added some SuperLube with a toothpick in between the ball and socket. Category: Hand Tools
