Precision Adjustment Ear Saver Remix
thingiverse
I had problems with the original design popping itself apart when tightening it while worn. On the ES1 component, I added a bridge which prevents the male half from popping out. My example print looks a little rough as I forgot and left the infill at 25%. That being said, it's holding together fine. Putting it (and the ES2) together, I found it best to take the male end of the ES2, and put the tip between the button and the bridge, perpendicular, then while keeping the tip in there, lower the rest of the ES1 down, working it under the dovetail tracks.
