This is a remix of Emmett's "Preassembled Iris Box" minus the knife edge spiked base. See his original design here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1811143 I recommend following his instructions as well. I used a break-off blade to pry apart the layers, and it worked really well. Just be careful not to snap off the blade inside the box, because getting it out can be frustrating. 12/21/17 Update: I corrected Emmett's name. 3/18/18 Update: I ran the STL file through the netfab stl fixer. Hopefully this resolves the mesh errors some people were experiencing.
