Pre2016 Creator Pro BTT 1.4 Turbo Mount
thingiverse
These files install a Big Tree Tech 1.4 Turbo in a pre-2016 FlashForge Creator Pro. I don't know if this will work with the 2016 or later models. When the USB port on my board failed I felt it was time to upgrade my FFCP. I used the BTT 1.4T since I had recently built a Prusa Tall Bear with the same board. I intend to use the FFCP for high-heat materials that require an enclosed chamber. I have an E3D Hemera installed with all-copper parts and have the hot-end maxed out at 350C. I'm using a TFT35 but included a TFT24 stl also. The TFT24 is a little small so I didn't spend too much time refining the build but both models fit on the same base. The motherboard fits in with no permanent modifications to the FFCP other than removing screws. I put the board at this spot to be able to fit the EXP1 and EXP2, which aren't needed for touch-mode. Also it's a tight fit to use the USB cable. I intended to use and extension but I've put that on hold and intend to fit the MB to the back of the printer. I had to extend all of the wiring to wiring to the extruder (except the stepper cable) since it's a long way to the MB. Putting a case on the back and running the wires from the bottom (and maybe through the filament mounting holes) would solve that. I used 4 M3x6mm to mount the TFT. 5 M3x14 or longer to mount the top to the base and the base to the FFCP. 3 M3x16mm to mount the motherboard to mounting. *Edit: added a couple of pics showing the 2208 wiring and a mainboard close-up.
