PRE-SUPPORTED thicc Plain Bases for Resin or FDM
myminifactory
I was searching around for bases and couldn't find anything that was thick enough for my liking, so I did some messing around in OpenSCAD with some help from Isaac Howard's OpenSCAD files over on Printables (https://www.printables.com/@IsaacHoward) and got these boys. Supports are done by hand and worked for me in lower temperatures, so I expect they will work for most everyone. I have the following bases included: 25mm (supported and lychee) 28.5mm (supported and lychee) 32mm (supported and lychee) 40mm (supported and lychee) 50mm (unsupported, will do if I need it or requested) 60mm (unsupported, will do if I need it or requested) I have included the preplate that I used for the 40 bases shown. It has 10x 40mm, 9x 32mm, 9x 28.5mm, 12x 25mm. Please let me know if you have any issues or if these files were helpful for you. If you want to make adjustments on your own, you can check out Isaac Howard's OpenSCAD files and adjust to your liking. My files are honestly too close to his for me to be comfortable sharing them unattributed, so give him some love. Enjoy :D
