A prefabricated modular storage tank, galvanized to prevent rusting, provides a solution for housing balanced animal feed with a 3m³ capacity. The walls consist of paneled metal sheets that can be easily assembled using bolts, allowing for future expansions in either direction. Zigzag corrugations on the walls ensure that flour does not stick to the surface, promoting efficient flow within the tank. A cone-shaped sluice with a 15 3/4 inch (400 mm) square output allows manual control of the outflow. The design, created using SolidWorks, enables customization of tank sizes by modifying its volume. Safety features include a marine ladder with a safety cage, adhering to COVENIN and ISO standards, as well as a guardrail with an inspection gate at the top. An internal staircase is provided for maintenance access, while inspection windows on multiple sides of the tank allow visual checks of the feed levels and conditions. The tank is specifically designed for containing powder byproducts from food processing factories, such as rice polishing or corn degermination for corn flour and corn flakes production.
