This battery is compatible with my PRC 351 radio and provides 24 volts, but should be charged up to 28 volts. The radio operates within a range of 19 to 30 volts, and this Ni-Cad battery holds 4 amp hours. I also purchased an empty one for potential re-celling with a SLAB or lithium ions, or even experimenting with super capacitors.
