Prance Vichard, Human Syndicate Enforcer
pinshape
NAME: Prance Vichard SPECIES: Human ORIGIN: Zyntradi Commonwealth Prance Vichard's storied past as an Entropy Player on a proud all-human team is a testament to his unyielding determination and refusal to yield. During a pivotal match, he stubbornly refused to take a fall, which only fueled the ire of Zero Syndicate goons. In a vicious ambush, they severed his leg with mono-filament wire as he celebrated his win. Confronted with the prospect of returning to the game, Prance chose instead to retire, citing the unfair advantage his cybernetics would give him over his opponents. Several years of wallowing in anger and resentment soon took their toll on his finances. With no other options available, Prance reluctantly accepted a job as muscle for a local bookie. However, when Zero Syndicate goons murdered his employer, Prance was forced to make an impossible choice: either join the syndicate or face a gruesome fate in the Undercity's maintenance chasms. He chose to work for the very organization that had ruined his athletic dreams, all while secretly plotting his revenge. TinkerCAD and sculptris were used to design this model, which was then 3D printed on a Makerbot Replicator. Water-based acrylics were employed to add a rich, vibrant finish to the final product. This is my first entry for the 30 Characters Challenge, with each subsequent character generated through the Continuum Narrative Engine – a storytelling game system currently under development at Ill Gotten Games headquarters. Follow along as I post new designs daily on 30characters.com, and keep up-to-date with WIP models on that website. Instructions: This model was printed with a 10% infill at a .10 layer height, using an extruder temperature of 230 degrees Celsius. After assembly, it was meticulously painted with water-based acrylics to achieve a stunning finish.
