I wanted to be able to hold my practice cylinders comfortably. This part holds the cylinder firmly. It fits "Sparrows" practice cylinders right off the bed and it also fits my "re-pinnable" cylinder after widening the pin chamber section a little. It is open on the bottom so the cylinder can be removed easily and swapped with a new cylinder.
