Practical headphone hanger (Ikea compatible) (easy to print)

This easy-to-print slide-on headphone mount works seamlessly with my 22mm desk, as well as the 30mm Ikea Gerton, 34mm Ikea Linnmon, and 50mm Ikea Lack tabletops. The provided files are designed to fit each of these surfaces perfectly. The file should be straightforward to print, assuming your printer has adequate cooling capabilities. It prints in one piece, with a slight angle in the top part that provides a snug friction fit on the tabletop. I tested an early version on my Prusa i3 MK3s (stock) with 0.20mm layer heights, 50% rectilinear infill, and Prusa Silver PLA. For best results, I recommend using PLA for this print to achieve the necessary stiffness. Printing time was approximately two hours and thirty-three minutes on stock PrusaSlicer settings set up as described above. If you increase the layer height, it's possible to shave off 30 minutes to an hour from that print time, depending on your slicer settings and printers. If your desk isn't one of the listed sizes, simply contact me with the thickness of your desk, and I'll adapt the file to fit your needs. To avoid tolerance issues, the distance between the two parts of the clamp is set at desk-size plus 0.7mm. The provided picture may differ slightly from the final design included in the STLs due to some tweaks made on the design for better print quality and aesthetics.
