PR Wachter
thingiverse
We live in a home filled with a small wooden robot, known as a "Rijkswachter," which we acquired from this website. I felt the robot was lonely and decided to get it a friend. To create an exact replica, I used my caliper to take measurements from the original robot. The P(lastic)R(ijks) Wachter originated from this process. I am thrilled with the end result, and even the original robot appears happier with its new companion. I designed the PR Wachter using FreeCad 0.18 entirely on my own. The notches are 1mm shorter and have a diameter that is 0.1mm smaller than the corresponding holes. Through experience, I found it necessary to sand the notches slightly for proper fitting. All parts can be printed as shown, except for the head. Printing the head with its back facing down yields the best results.
