PPE for small printer
thingiverse
Dr. Nakajima's group generously shared their DIY PPE design on April 4th, 2020. Unfortunately, the original design is too massive to fit through my AFINIA H479 printer, which left me wondering how I could make it work for smaller printers. After some tinkering, I managed to customize the design to accommodate a much smaller space - just 13x9cm. If you have access to a larger printer, you can still use the original idea found here: http://www.project-engine.org/faceshield.html I'd like to express my gratitude for Dr. Nakajima's group for making this information available. Here are the materials needed: 1. Print the modified design 2. A small amount of glue 3. Two small clips or something similar to secure it in place 4. Two large clips 5. One clear plastic pocket, approximately the size of an A4 paper
