PPE Face Shield Rev3 - 1 piece frame, Stackable design, Off the shelf parts for shield and bands

After months of input and testing, this is the last version of this design. A one-piece frame and headband that clips any 8.5x11" transparency aligned with a standard three-hole punch for a shield. Designs are stackable on printers. Leave one layer gap between stacked parts. I'm using a 0.2mm layer height, so there's a 0.2mm gap between stacked parts. Clip elastic bands or hair ties (three) to the "J" hooks at the end of the headband OR use the additional wide headband attachment option that fits from 0.5" to 1" elastic band material and snaps into place.
