Use 2 screws M3 x12mm, 2 M3 nuts and 2 washers (the 2 washers are for the internal gap like this [] I [] so you can make it more solid because any washer close the gap for 0.005 mm ) print it with 100% infil use PETG ...or Nylon ...maybe works with PLA but not test it
