This is a highly detailed, photo-realistic 3D model of a heavy-duty diesel engine powertrain, based on an actual engine. It was initially designed using 3ds Max software and can handle even the most extreme close-up renderings. Comprised of 95% quads, it allows for easy modification of colors. Included are two .max files, one with V-Ray materials and another with standard 3ds Max materials. The preview renders were created using V-Ray. This model is compatible with various formats such as 3ds max (Scanline and V-Ray), Cinema 4D, Softimage, Lightwave, Maya, Wavefront OBJ, 3DS, and 3DM.
