If you're anything like me, you've collected an assortment of small "wall warts" from plug-in power supplies and constantly struggle to find the perfect one to fit your new gadget that requires a fresh charge to continue occupying your time. Or perhaps you have a power supply that fits your favorite tool, which is slowly wearing down as you tirelessly build your gizmos. But now that you have a 3D printer, you can print yourself a multitude of these tags and never worry about misidentifying them again. You'll be protected from potentially destroying one or two by overcharging them. There are two files to download - the first is the small-hole model I printed initially. I've also uploaded it here for your convenience, despite being larger in size than its larger-hole counterpart. This smaller tag has a tight-fitting hole that might not easily slide onto a cord, just like its more spacious cousin. Both options are available - one with a small hole and the other with a larger one. The sleekly printed base offers a perfect spot to magic-mark your item's name. It glides smoothly beneath a Sharpie and holds its ink beautifully. I'm hoping this contribution proves useful for you, just as it has for me. P.S. - By the way, the central section makes an excellent glue stick as well... you can't go wrong with not wasting anything, can you?
