Powerstrip tidy

I thought that my power board looked untidy, so I designed this box for it to sit in. The clip shows yellow pyramids which represent plugs in a 4 way powerboard underneath shown for illustration only. Note that this design requires the plugs to be disconnected first for the cables to pass through the 4 holes at the bottom. In hindsight I could have made slots in the lid or side which makes it easier to drop cables straight in but didn't look the way I wanted it. The main power supply cable goes through a slot at the back. I left one side open since the box is right at my printing limit of 250mm and wanted to be able to use slightly bigger power boards if required. I'm totally impressed by the bridging! It came out really well. I printed it this way around to ensure I had nice rounded corners at the front. *** ----- UPDATE 6-02-2022 ----- *** I thought about the design and changed it so that rather than having to unwire the plugs each time, you could just lift the lid and swap cables... sometimes obvious things aren't that obvious :-)
