PowerSpec Ultra PWM Fan Switch/Speed Controller
thingiverse
Followed advice from PWM fan speed controller and mount design for power switch and potentiometer.\r\n\r\nBought a different PWM controller, so designed this to match its specifications and printer model. Wired it to the stock blower fan, but you could also connect a separate fan if desired. Includes a three-way switch, although I only needed on/off functionality.\r\n\r\nFits on the right side of the printer below the SD card/USB port, secured with an existing screw. The switch was a tight fit and required a vise to press-fit it in place.\r\n\r\nLink to the PWM controller: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10V12V24V30V-120W-PWM-500HZ-Adjustable-Volt-DC-Motor-Speed-Controller-CCM2-Overload-short-Circuit-Protection/32795025535.html.\r\n\r\nMounted the controller board to the bottom alongside other components with a simple bracket, which also holds an upgraded Trigorilla MOSFET based on a similar design.
